Obituary: MCMULLIN, KIRK

Kirk L. McMullin1965 ~ 2013Kirk Leslie McMullin, 47, our special father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away unexpectedly at his home January 11, 2013. Kirk was born January 25, 1965 in Cody, Wyoming to Paul H and Jean Leslie Heath McMullin. Kirk worked with, and for his many friends at Wadsworth Construction Company. His employment covered 25 years, and his last position was as Construction Superintendent. He was a friend and mentor to those he supervised. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and enjoying his boat. Kirk was a talented wood worker. Kirk was loved by his family but was especially adored and cared for by his Mom. He will be missed. Survivors: daughter, Brittany (Jeremy) Dartnel; son, Taylor Hansen; granddaughter, Emma Michelle Dartnel; parents, Paul and Jean McMullin; brother, Brent (Denise) McMullin; sister, Jamie McMullin; also three special women in his life, Angie, Janae, Mistrie; also aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Jim and LaVerda Heath; Tommy and Zelma McMullin; sister, Michelle McMullin; brother, Paul McMullin.Funeral services will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary 8090 South State where a viewing will be held Thursday from 6-8 pm and again on Friday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery. www.goffmortuary.com
