The Utah Jazz suffered another road loss to the San Antonio Spurs, 104-97 on Friday night.
The game went into overtime after a Marvin Williams buzzer-beater squared things up for the Jazz. The two teams were tied at 90 apiece at the end of regular time in San Antonio.
The Jazz overcame an early deficit to take the lead, 41-38 at the half.
The Spurs took an early lead, 16-4, but the Jazz bench had a 19-2 run a the end of the first quarter to give Utah the lead.
Mo Williams had a game high 23 points on the night, but could not make some clutch shots in overtime to give the Jazz the chance of victory. Both teams were average from the field, Utah with 43 percent, and San Antonio with 46.
Other Jazz top performers included Al Jefferson, who had 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Alec Burks, who had 14 points off the bench.
The Jazz were hoping to snap their road losing streak, which has now been extended to nine games. Their record is now 34-35 for the season, and playoff chances are looking more distant.
