ANAHEIM, Calif. — Albert Pujols hit a go-ahead homer in the eighth inning and drove in three runs, leading the Los Angeles Angels to a 4-3 victory over the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday night.

Pujols' 484th career homer and ninth of the season not only got Jered Weaver off the hook, but also third baseman Alberto Callaspo, whose third-inning fielding error led to a pair of unearned runs.
