JoAnn Hall SchulthiesFeb. 1, 1932 ~ July 25, 2013JoAnn Hall Schulthies slipped peacefully away to join her eternal sweetheart, Byron, on Thursday, July 25, 2013, in the Salem Hospital, Salem, Oregon. JoAnn was born to Joseph and Annie Hall on February 1, 1932, in Blackfoot, Idaho. She grew up in Nampa and graduated from Nampa High and attended Ricks College and BYU Academy. JoAnn and Byron were sealed For Time and All Eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on December 2, 1953. They were married just shy of 59 years before Byron's death in August of 2012. JoAnn and Byron were blessed with 11 children, 42 grand children, and thus far, 12 great-grand children. JoAnn loved her husband Byron and her family dearly. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, JoAnn served faithfully in her church callings; among them, the primary, Relief Society Teacher, the Relief Society Presidency, and of course the wife of a Bishop, which is a calling in itself. She and Byron served a full time mission in Trona, California. JoAnn is survived by her 11 children, Robin (Joanne) of Salem, Oregon; Danette Schroeder of American Fork, Utah; Scott of Centerville, Utah; Kim White (Craig) of North Ogden, Utah; Kris (Catherine) of Riverton, Utah; Bonnie Jackson (Kelly) of Morgan, Utah; Brad (Janie) of Bountiful, Utah; Leisa Child, (Jeff) of Hooper, Utah; Kathy Loveland (Dean) of Preston, Idaho; Kirk (Allison) of Neola, Utah; and Diana Anderson (Paul) of Bakersfield, California.Funeral Services will be held on Thurs, Aug 1, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., at the Fairview Church, 165 W 4800 S, Preston, Idaho. The viewing will be held on Wed, July 31, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E., Preston, Idaho and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 at the Fairview Church. The Interment will be held at the Bountiful Cemetery at 2224 S. 200 W., Bountiful, Utah at approximately 3:30 p.m. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
