A series of beginner books and coordinating plush characters is available at Kohl’s stores as part of the Kohl’s Cares program through April 5.
The picture books available for $5 each include “Put Me in the Zoo” by Robert Lopshire, “Go, Dog, Go!” by P.D. Eastman, “The Nose Book” by Al Perkins and illustrated by Joe Mathieu, and “Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb” by Perkins and illustrated by Eric Gurney. The coordinating plushes include a zoo character, a dog, an elephant and a monkey plush, according to a news release.
Two cookbooks are also available: “Cook This, Not That! Skinny Comfort Foods” and “Delish — Just Four Ingredients Fast!”
Each is available for $5, and the net profits go to health, scholarship and education programs.
