Several incarcerated youths in Utah had the privilege of working with nationally acclaimed muralist Emanuel Martinez. The mural was unveiled at Decker Lake Youth Center in West Valley City on Wednesday. A former youth in custody, who completed his first mural at the age of 13 in a facility for youth offenders, Martinez now works with the Emanuel Project, a national art therapy program for at-risk youths.
