YouTube star Stuart Edge gave back this Christmas season by handing out money and gift cards to strangers while encouraging viewers of his video to spend 15 seconds serving.
"In my life, I've been very blessed by the generous acts of anonymous people, especially during the Christmas holidays," Edge said in the video. "So today, I've decided to go out and be someone else's Secret Santa."
Edge traveled to several supermarkets and shopping centers in Utah to hand out envelopes filled with money and gift cards to strangers.
At the end of the video, Edge explains that while it was fun to create the video and to do those acts for others, he hopes that those who watch his video will be inspired to give back. Edge urged his fans to perform an act of kindness and then share it on social media with the hashtag #15SecondsOfGood.
The video was posted Tuesday and at the time of publication had more than 87,000 views.
