Columbus Day, observed Monday, commemorates the voyage that led to the discovery of the East Indies — at least that's what Christopher Columbus thought in "Studio C's" most recent sketch.
The "Studio C" cast comes together in a classroom setting to talk about the annual October holiday. The students in the sketch meet Columbus in person, and he learns some disappointing news about his discoveries.
The holiday celebrates the Italian explorer's landing in the Americas in 1492.
"Studio C" airs on BYUtv every Monday at 10 p.m.
