Disney-Pixar’s beloved amnesiac returns for a new adventure in "Finding Dory's" first official trailer.

The long-awaited computer-animated film is a sequel to the 2003 Disney-Pixar film "Finding Nemo." Both Dory and Marlin, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres and Albert Brooks, respectively, keep swimming right into the upcoming film for a second appearance. Actors Idris Elba and Dominic West are also providing voice work for the film but have yet to reveal their roles.

According to imdb.com, the movie will teach everyone a "few things about the true meaning of family" as Dory, the charismatic blue tang fish, reunites with her long-lost family.

DeGeneres posted the exclusive trailer to her Facebook page, writing that she had been waiting for 10 years to post the trailer.

Andrew Stanton directed both "Finding Nemo" and "Finding Dory."

"Finding Dory" is set to debut in theaters on June 17, 2016.
