We've just turned a page on the calendar, and you know what that means! It's Movember, the month-long mustache growing initiative that aims to "change the face" of men's health by raising awareness and funds. So in its honor, here's a little for those who just might like to participate.
1. Hulk Hogan
As if Hogan's size wasn't enough to intimidate you, his horseshoe mustache seals the deal. It's really no wonder that a 'stache this bold, this outrageous, is sported by a man who goes by the name of Hulk.

2. Walter Cronkite
Cronkite's classy, timeless 'stache is incredibly underrated. At one point, it was the most trusted 'stache in America and credit must be given where credit is due. That's just the way it is.

3. John Waters
Noted for his obsession with bad taste, this accredited filmmaker has perfected the maintenance of his delicate facial hair. While that 'stache may or may not be in bad taste, he must be commended for his pristine, lip-lining statement piece.

4. Clark Gable
Film actor Gable's signature pencil mustache was the epitome of old-school sophistication. Anyone looking for the right 'stache to sport at ritzy restaurants and swanky events, need look no further.

5. Tobias Fünke
David Cross fought for his right to wear a mustache as Tobias in the short-lived television series "Arrested Development," according to New Yorker. Fox executive Gail Berman had a standing rule against men with mustaches in comedy. Thank goodness Cross fought that battle because every man deserves the right to 'stache. Way to fight the good fight, David.

6. Friedrich Neitzsche
This German philosopher rocked the Walrus style 'stache like no man ever has before or since. Perfectly thick, perfectly bushy, and with just the right amount of intimidation factor; just one look and people knew this guy meant business.

7. Rollie Fingers
This hall of fame pitcher won three consecutive World Series titles with Oakland from 1972-74, was awarded Most Valuable Player in 1981, and retired in 1985 as the all-time saves leader in major league baseball. The only thing missing from his long list of achievements is a well-deserved and long overdue MVM (Most Valuable Mustache) award.

8. Salvador Dali
This Spanish surrealist painter's waxy, upturned mustache was at one time voted most famous mustache of all time. It sometimes drew more attention than his paintings did, for reasons one can only assume.

9. Sam Elliott
Elliott has played many a theatrical roles in his lifetime, most of which have been overshadowed by the majestic facial hair he was sporting at the time. From cowboy to biker to cop, Elliott's got the whole mustache thing on lock.

10. Wyatt Earp
It's safe to assume that many people know the history behind the O.K. Corral shootout. Earp didn't just become a legend in the West that day; he became a legend in the 'stache world.

11. Tom Selleck
The 'stache of all 'staches. Selleck's facial hair alone has a larger fan base than any normal man might ever dream of having. And for good reason, too; just look at it. Marvel in its bristly glory, because this is what dreams are made of.
