Volunteers from Wells Fargo, eBay, Rio Tinto, Real Monarchs, Radius Engineering, Harmons Grocery, Mark Miller Subaru, Rocky Mountain Power, Clyde Snow Attorneys and local Rotary organizations participated in Conservation Day along the Jordan River Parkway Trail on Thursday.

The corporate volunteers were joined by community volunteers interested in stewarding the Jordan River corridor. Conservation Day is the first day of the two-day Get Into The River Festival, presented by Wells Fargo. Conservation tasks included invasive weed removal, trash collection, native tree planting, planting native grass seed, fencing of trees to protect from beaver and deer damage.
