Two-time Olympic gold medalist downhill skier Ted Ligety tied the knot Saturday.
The Park City native and resident posted a photo of him kissing longtime girlfriend Mia Pascoe on his Instagram account Sunday, saying, "I've done a lot of cool stuff in my life but yesterday was the best day!"
The Italian sports and tourism news website www.neveitalia.it reported that German alpine skier Felix Neureuther and biathlete Miriam Gossner attended the ceremony.
