From President Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the First Presidency posting a picture with Harrison Ford to Chick-fil-A praising the efforts of local missionaries, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been active on social media this week.

President Uchtorf posted a picture Wednesday afternoon on Facebook from the 13th Annual Living Legends of Aviation Awards held in California last weekend. The picture shows President Uchtdorf, a former airline pilot, with Col. Gail Halverson, known as “The Candy Bomber,” who was honored at the event, as well as Harrison Ford, an actor who is perhaps best known for his role as pilot of the Millennium Falcon. Halverson was featured in "Meet the Mormons." Ford most recently reprised his role as Han Solo in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

A Chick-fil-A in Colonial Heights, Virginia, posted a photo on its Facebook page of six missionaries who spent part of their afternoon helping cars stranded on icy roads.
