In a new Halloween video BYUtv’s “Studio C” tackles a renovation as HGTV’s “Property Brothers.” However, with this remodel there is a catch — to afford the type of house the couple wants they will have to settle, and not just for the typical fixer-upper. Instead they agree to buy a haunted house.

Jared Gray and James Perry star as Drew and Jonathan Scott in this parody. Together they take a house that has a few too many ghosts and try to make it into a comfortable home. While there is a body in the walls, a vampire in the basement, a giant portal to the underworld and a few creepy dolls, at least Perry is able to say, “You have no asbestos.”

One of the buyers (played by Mallory Everton) says, “I just thought that this would be like any other episode where we act reluctant to do a renovation and then inevitably we end up with the perfect house.” This house could be perfect if it weren’t for the ghost hiding in the closet or the words “you will die” that just “seem to bleed through” every coat of paint.

The video was posted Friday and already has over 456,000 views. The real Property Brothers even commented on the video, saying, “Jonathan and I have never looked so good!”
