SPRINGVILLE — Al Curtis has been a part of the Springville High School football team for almost 40 years. He's the head coach of the sophomore football team and assists with the varsity offensive line. Curtis graduated from Springville, then continued on with his professional goals but found himself back at Springville and hasn't left.
Curtis even coached Wiily Child, Springville's head football coach. Quarterback Jansten Thorpe and the other captains came up with an impressive way to honor the Curtis and his wife.
