SALT LAKE CITY — The Evenings at the Museum Lecture Series continues at the LDS Church History Museum on March 3 at 7 p.m.
Tiffany Taylor Bowles will present “Sarah Granger Kimball: The Mind Behind the Relief Society,” according to a press release. In 1842, Kimball was one of two women who decided to make shirts for the men working on the Nauvoo Temple and they invited others to help. They decided to form a group and that group later organized into the Female Relief Society of Nauvoo, according to lds.org.
