Christie Jameson is a mother of two biological children. However, she and her husband still felt that they were missing someone — or several someones.

As a result of that feeling, they adopted 35 special needs children from various places around the world including Israel, Mexico, Texas and Arizona.

In honor of this family, 13-year-old Utah pianist Sara Arkell (The Piano Gal) teamed up with LDS singer/songwriter, and co-founder of the Daddy Come Home Foundation, Nadia Khristean. The duo uploaded a music video cover of Rachel Platten’s “Better Place.”

The video features video clips of the family in their home, and a short interview with Jameson.

“I’m incredibly humbled by the fact that they’d let us raise their children for them. It’s the most wonderful experience in the world,” Jameson said.

Jameson has a “deep love and care for each of her children.” She believes that it is important for them to be a part of the community. They go to the gym as a family three times a week, cook dinner together every evening, and serve by working at Deseret Industries and crocheting hats for refugees on the side, according to the description below the YouTube video.

“Christie is an incredible woman with a humble character. We will never forget the experience we...shared with her and her family that day,” the description continued.
