" target="_blank">Jimmer's greatest hits: A look back at the most entertaining moments from Fredette's career
After bouncing around the NBA and D-League for five years, Jimmer Fredette will be reportedly playing in China this year.

The former BYU guard averaged 6.0 points per game for four teams during his time in the NBA, but only played 18 minutes over six games in the 2015-16 season with the New York Knicks.
The Shanghai Sharks are lead by Yao Ming, who purchased the team in 2009. Yao starred for the team before moving on to the NBA. The Sharks play in the 20-year-old, 20-team Chinese Basketball Association. The season starts at the end of October and runs through mid-March.
The 27-year-old played well in his first time playing summer league, averaging 15.2 points and 3.2 assists per game for the Denver Nuggets' Las Vegas summer league team.
Fredette, who was named National Player of the Year in his senior year at BYU, was the 10th pick in the 2011 NBA draft. He was immediately traded to Sacramento, where he played 2 1/2 seasons before moving on to the Chicago Bulls and two stints with the New Orleans Pelicans.
