Josh Coombes is a 29-year-old hairdresser who charges his clients absolutely nothing.

His clients are the homeless people of London. In fact, he has been giving free haircuts to these homeless people for the past year as part of a campaign he started with his friends Matt Spracklen and Dave Burt.

The campaign, which uses the hashtag #DoSomethingforNothing, is set to encourage people to help others any way they can — Coombes just happened to choose free haircuts.

“This isn’t going to completely change her life right now, but it’s just providing that empathy that we all should, I think,” Coombes said in reference to one of his customers.

According to the BBC Trending video, Coombes regularly uploads the pictures of his clients to his Instagram account, and tells their stories.

“Do what you love and make a difference,” Coombes wrote on an Instagram post.
