Registration is open for the 2017 RootsTech conference, along with registration for the Innovator Summit and Family Discovery Day.
RootsTech, an annual family history and technology conference, will be Feb. 8-11, 2017, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City.
The conference includes speakers, more than 200 sessions, hands-on computer labs, interactive activities, an expo hall and evening events, according to information from FamilySearch, which hosts RootsTech, according to a news release.
Innovator Summit is a one-day event where entrepreneurs, developers and inventors can come together, according to a news release. The Innovator Summit will include classes, a keynote speaker and the Innovator Showdown, a competition with $100,000 in prizes. Tickets to the Innovator Summit are $99.
Family Discovery Day is geared for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and their families. The free event includes entertainment and family activities. While Family Discovery Day is free, registration is required.
Early-bird tickets are now available online at rootstech.org. A four-day pass to RootsTech is $159 and the Innovator Summit can be added on for an additional $30. Single-day and three-day tickets are also available for $49 and $69, respectively.
