The Sundance Film festival is right around the corner (it starts Thursday, in fact) and the hype is already growing. People across Utah are excited that some films were shot in the Beehive State. Locals are also preparing for the fun festivities, too.
Yahoo! Movies chose to celebrate the film festival by flashing back to the 2002 festival, when stars like Ben Affleck, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon roamed Park City.
"For 10 days every winter, Hollywood's brightest stars pack their finest ski wear and head to the snowy climes of Park City, Utah, for the annual Sundance Film Festival," Yahoo explained. "With this year’s fest set to kick off on Thursday, we thought we'd flashback 15 years to January 2002, when some very famous faces were fest-bound."
Yahoo shared a photo gallery of some vintage festival films that will surely give you some #ThrowbackThursday vibes. You'll see younger versions of many stars, including Casey Affleck, both Maggie and Jake Gyllenhaal and even early 2000s teen star Joshua Jackson.
