MIDVALE — Residents are being encouraged to attend two workshops to help develop plans for the area around the TRAX stations at 7200 South and Center Street.
The goal is to develop a vision of what community members want the neighborhoods to become and then formulate specific goals, objectives and policies that will help implement that vision.
A workshop on the 7200 South area plan will be held Jan. 30; a workshop on the Center Street area plan will be held Jan. 31. Both meetings will begin at 6 p.m. at Midvale City Hall, 7505 S Holden St.
Once the plans are formulated, they will be submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council for consideration.
