President Donald Trump visited Utah on Monday, announcing that he would sign presidential proclamations to modify two Utah national monuments.

Prior to his speech at the Utah state Capitol, Trump visited Welfare Square, where he met with leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and "pushed a shopping cart down an aisle at the bishop's storehouse," according to the Deseret News.

Trump met with President Henry B. Eyring, first counselor in the church's First Presidency; President Russell M. Nelson, of the Quorum of the Twelve; Presiding Bishop Gérald Caussé and General Relief Society President Jean B. Bingham.
