- “The newest Dame 3 has a dark gray upper with white BOUNCE cushioning, light gray accents and a purple sockliner and matching three stripes displayed on the outsole. The colorway is named for the mountain range bordering Ogden that rises to create the Wasatch Front, a stretch of land that spans across cities in north-central Utah.”
Lillard, who grew up in Oakland, California, before attending Weber State University, also named one of his rap tracks “Wasatch Front.” As the rap persona Dame D.O.L.L.A., Lillard paid homage to his college town in the song, SLAM reported.
The shoes will be available Feb. 17 for $115, according to SLAM.
Lillard, who played against the Utah Jazz Wednesday, told the Deseret News he planned to watch Weber State take on Northern Colorado Thursday.
