Lisa Kudrow, who played the quirky character Phoebe on the sitcom “Friends,” just sold her Park City condo, and not because of smelly cats.

According to Page Six, Kudrow sold her Park City condo for a cool $3.6 million. The two-story home, which sits at the bottom of the Deer Valley Resort, includes four bedrooms, a guest balcony and an easy access to the Utah slopes.

Page Six put together a video that offers a glimpse inside Kudrow’s home, which you can see below.

Kudrow’s condo isn’t the only Utah home to receive national attention, The Wall Street Journal featured a space in Woodland Hills, which is selling for $2.95 million, in its list of mansion homes near ski resorts.

That home comes with four bedrooms, five baths and a half bath, WSJ reported.
