The Utah band Dahlia Row has put their own spin on the classic Beatles song “I Will” in their first music video of 2017.

The acoustic trio from Payson, Utah, brings a bit of swing and a unique blending of strings to the song, using a violin, upright bass and ukulele to accompany the soft melody.

The group, consisting of Becky Foster, Lynda Breese and Chris Meek, covers music ranging from pop to musical theater, according to their YouTube channel. The trio formed last year and produced an eight-track album. The group’s cover of “I Will” is the first release off of their next album, titled “Songs that I grew up to,” that pays homage to the music of their childhoods.

“Our parents were huge fans of The Beatles — and we naturally became fans because of them,” Dahlia Row wrote in an email.

Joining the trio in this Beatles’ rendition is Springville resident and bassist Jake Coleman. The rest of the album will include music spanning from the 1940s to '80s, and the band plans to release a music video each month.
