Relive your favorite moments from "Say Anything" later this year in Salt Lake City.
Salt Lake Comic Con organizers announced on Friday that John Cusack will appear at the event, which will be held on September 21-23 of this year at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Cusack will be at the event on both Friday and Saturday.
"With an impressive body of work spanning the course of two decades, John Cusack has evolved into one of Hollywood’s most accomplished and respected actors of his generation, garnering both critical acclaim as well as prestigious accolades for his dramatic and comedic roles," Salt Lake Comic Con's official site reads. "In April 2012, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce presented Cusack with the 2,469th Hollywood Walk of Fame star, honoring his long, ground-breaking career in film."
Cusack is known for his roles in "High Fidelity," "Gross Point Blank," "Being John Malkovich," "Sixteen Candles," and "Hot Tub Time Machine," among others.
Other guests that have been confirmed to appear at this year's event include Val Kilmer, Christopher Lloyd, Eliza Dushku, Michael Rosenbaum, and Will Friedle.
Last year, Salt Lake Comic Con saw the likes of William Shatner from "Star Trek," Michael Rooker of "Guardians of the Galaxy," and Mark Hamill from "Star Wars."
Spencer Mayes, who attended Salt Lake Comic Con last year with his family, told the Deseret News at the time that one of his favorite things about the three-day event is how fun and inclusive it is.
"I just like being here with my family," Mayes told the Deseret News. "There's something for everybody here. Cosplay, movie stars, the panels, everything."
Buy tickets to see Cusack at Salt Lake Comic Con on their official website here. Photo opportunities with the star cost $100 and will be available for pre-purchase soon. Autographs and more from their celebrity row cost $80 and will be on sale at the event.
