West Jordan to pick up Christmas trees throughout January

WEST JORDAN — The city will offer curbside Christmas tree pickup during January.

Trees, which have had all lights, tinsel and ornaments removed, can be placed on the curb on residents’ trash collection day. Trees should not be placed in bags and should be placed so they don’t block garbage containers. Artificial and flocked trees will not be picked up.

Residents can also drop off trees at the city’s pool 8125 S. 2200 West; Constitution Park, 3200 W. 7000 South; and the soccer complex, 7965 S. 4000 West.
