Despite the recent snow and rain, the Natural Resources Conservation Service's Water and Climate Center said snowpack levels in the Salt Lake City, Provo and Ogden area remain 50 percent to 70 percent of normal. According to the National Weather Service, residents along the Wasatch Front will be greeted Thursday with mostly cloudy skies and a high near 65. Friday will be partly sunny with a chance of showers and a high near 62. Saturday and Sunday will be sunny with highs in the high 60s to low 70s.
