SALT LAKE CITY — In a matchup featuring two Top 20 teams on Saturday at Rice-Eccles Stadium, the 13th-ranked Utah Utes beat the 17th-ranked Arizona State Sun Devils in a defensive slugfest.

The Utes led 14-0 at halftime thanks to two touchdowns in the second quarter and held the Sun Devils to just a field goal in the second half while adding another touchdown late.
