There’s a new hotel for music-lovers in Florida, and you can’t miss it — it’s the one shaped like a guitar.
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino opened a new expansion on Thursday in Hollywood, Florida, that includes the guitar-shaped building, according to USA Today.
There are 638 guest rooms and suites inside the Guitar Hotel, USA Today reported. A stay in the unique structure could put you back anywhere from $189 to nearly $1,000 for a Platinum King suite.
The building is 34 stories high, putting it at 450 feet tall — tall enough to be visible from the air as passengers fly in and out of the nearby Fort Lauderdale International Airport, according to USA Today.

The Guitar Hotel, part of Hard Rock International and owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, took three years to create, according to People magazine.
“We created this unique hotel because the guitar is a symbol of music worldwide for any person of any background,” Drew Schlesinger, vice president of hotel operations, told People.
Musical touches are everywhere in the Guitar Hotel, according to USA Today, including door handles shaped like electric guitars, as well as rock and roll memorabilia on display throughout the hotel.

Perhaps most unique, however, is the complimentary guitar rental — guests can borrow instruments for free as part of their stay and transform themselves into real-live rock stars, according to USA Today.
As part of the expansion of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the resort has also redesigned its entertainment venue, Hard Rock Live. The grand opening show will be this weekend with a performance from Maroon 5, according to People.
