BYU Cougars athletics director Tom Holmoe has become known around the country for his great Halloween costumes, and he kept the tradition alive on Thursday, dressing up as Genie from “Aladdin.”

It wasn’t necessarily Halloween-themed, but a video was posted on the Utah Football Twitter account Thursday of Utes defensive coordinator Morgan Scalley scaring a bunch of people in the program’s facility.
