Empower SLC Solar, a community-led program in Salt Lake County, helps residents overcome the logistical and financial hurdles of going solar. According to Utah Clean Energy, which offers the Empower SLC program, the combined participants will save a total $22 million in electricity bills and prevent 13 million pounds of CO2 annually.
