Millions of people from around the world are downloading the Disney Plus app to their mobile devices, CNBC reports.
What’s new: A new report from app research firm Apptopia has found that the Disney Plus app has been downloaded 22 million times since the streaming service launched in November, Variety reports.
- The app averages about 9.5 million daily active mobile users.
- 84% of users are in the United States
- Disney Plus ranks in the top spot on Apple and Google’s app stores.
- Disney Plus has a 5.8% longer average session time than Netflix
- Disney Plus has a 7.8% longer session time compared to Amazon Prime Video.
