RIVERTON — The Toronto Arrows were on target all match in a 64-31 victory over the Utah Warriors on Saturday at Zions Bank Stadium.

The Arrows (4-4) came out fast and took a 19-0 lead and never looked back. There was a total of 15 tries and 10 conversions scored in the match, which represents the highest-scoring match this season in Major League Rugby with a total of 95 points.

Scoring tries for the Warriors (1-5-1) were Jackson Kaka, Fets Vainikolo, Tonata Lauti and Nola Tuamoheloa, with Tim O’Malley providing the conversions. The Arrows’ Sam Malcolm scored 19 total points all from conversions and one penalty kick and was named the Rockwell Watches Man of the Match.

“We had breakdowns in defense and decision-making, and you can’t beat a team like Toronto without those key elements” said Warriors head coach Alf Daniels.

The Warriors' total attendance for the night was 2,245 with over 2,500 tickets being sold.
