SALT LAKE CITY — Brian Regan is coming to Utah. Regan recently announced that he is bringing his comedy tour to the University of Utah's Jon M. Huntsman Center on Nov. 9.
Regan is a renowned stand-up comedian with a strong following in Utah. He has two recent Netflix specials, "Brian Regan: Nunchucks and Flamethrowers" in 2017 and "Brian Regan: Stand Up and Away!" in 2018.
In a 2016 interview with the Deseret News, Regan said that he believes his success in Utah has come, in part, because his routines are clean and appropriate for all audiences.
"I'm sure the fact that I work clean is a huge factor in the Utah area. But I'm just doing what I do. I'm not trying to please anybody. I'm not trying to please a particular audience. I just do the kind of comedy that I like, and if somebody out there gravitates toward it, then wonderful," Regan said.
