Rob Cuff Q&A: UHSAA executive director explains RPI, other changes to state tournaments

Rob Cuff, UHSAA executive director, sat down with Deseret News Rewind's Dusty Litster and Dane Stewart to discuss the state of the association, the new RPI system and changes to next year's state tournaments.

First Cuff talks about attendance before explaining what brought about the RPI system, how and where it will be implemented (1:30-minute mark). He also talks about how the extra round in the tournaments will be handled (9:00), how decisions are made (12:00) and what he's looking forward to next school year (16:00).
