SALEM HILLS 34, FREMONT 20: Jarret Elmer passed for three touchdowns and Reed Johnson returned an interception 75 yards for a touchdown as Salem Hills continued its strong start to the season with a big win over visiting Fremont.

BRIGHTON 24, LAYTON 0: Owen Powers scored a touchdown and Gabe Curtis scored two as Brighton shut out Layton to improve to 2-0 on the season.

CORNER CANYON 31, HERRIMAN 0: After a scoreless first quarter, Corner Canyon turned it on, outscoring Herriman 31-0. Josh Wilson started the scoring spree with a 46-yard interception return, then Austin Bell scored two rushing touchdowns to put the game out of reach. | Full story

HUNTER 31, CLEARFIELD 8: DaiSean Cash led the Wolverines to the victory over Clearfield, passing for three touchdowns and rushing for another two as Hunter picked up the victory on the road.

WEBER 24, BOUNTIFUL 0: Weber’s Logan Payne ran for two touchdowns to lead the Warriors past Bountiful. The Warrior defense dominated the game, shutting out the Braves.

SKYRIDGE 18, SKY VIEW 10: Jeter Fenton and Emmett Call each rushed for a touchdown, and the other two Skyridge scores came from safeties as the Falcons defeated the Bobcats at home. | Full story

DIXIE 41, ROY 21: Reggie Graff threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more to lead the Flyers to a blowout win over Roy. Wide receiver Treyce Simmons caught both of Graff’s touchdown passes in the win.

MILLARD 46, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Millard scored 40 points in the first half and blanked Judge Memorial. Brooks Myers rushed for two touchdowns and passed for one more in the win.

GREEN CANYON 27, BONNEVILLE 0: Green Canyon scored 17 points in the second quarter and 10 in the fourth quarter as it blanked Bonneville. The Wolves got it going on the ground, as Jacob Lundin scored two rushing touchdowns.

SPANISH FORK 42, CEDAR VALLEY 14: After a 7-7 first half tie, the Dons rattled off 28 points in the third quarter to pull away and seal a blowout win over Cedar Valley. Kaden Holt threw three touchdown passes to lead Spanish Fork to a dominant win.

ENTERPRISE 21, SOUTH SEVIER 14: Enterprise scored three straight touchdowns in the first, second and third quarters to get the win over South Sevier. Ryan Moody had a 20-yard interception and Matt Bowler had a 40-yard punt return for the Wolves.

AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 31, BEN LOMOND 27: Jacob Negus played an incredible game, throwing three touchdown passes and orchestrating a game-winning drive in the final minute of the game to lead American Leadership past Ben Lomond.

WASATCH 17, MOUNTAIN CREST 8: Parker Quinton and Zak Thacker each scored touchdowns as Wasatch beat Mountain Crest.

ALTA 41, DESERT HILLS 28: Hawks quarterback Cinco Lucero dominated the game, tossing four touchdown passes and running in one more to lead Alta to a big win over Desert Hills. Lucero threw touchdowns to three different receivers with D’Andre Randolph catching two in the win.

MORGAN 46, OGDEN 0: The Trojans jumped out to a 32-0 lead at the half and never looked back en route to the shutout victory over Ogden. Quarterback Carter Thackeray passed for four touchdowns for Morgan, connecting with Coy Spens for two scores. Spens rushed for another TD of his in own in the win.

BINGHAM 38, TAYLORSVILLE 0: Troy Mehn played a great game, throwing two touchdown passes as the Miners defeated Taylorsville in dominant fashion. The Miners defense dominated the game, shutting the Warriors out.

PARK CITY 20, JUAN DIEGO 13: Park City scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to get the win over Juan Diego. Mark McCurdy caught a 13-yard pass from Ryan Skidmore and then Park City took a fumble recovery 1 yard to the house.

RIDGELINE 28, CYPRUS 13: Jovesa Damuni rushed for two touchdowns in Ridgeline’s win over Cyprus.

GRANTSVILLE 21, TOOELE 20: Grantsville scored 21 points in the first half to grind out a victory over Tooele. Logan White threw for two touchdowns.

SNOW CANYON 31, SHADOW RIDGE, NEV. 27: Warriors quarterback Landon Frei threw three touchdown passes, including a game-winning 58-yard touchdown pass in the final minute to seal Snow Canyon’s victory over Shadow Ridge from Nevada.

WEST 66, COTTONWOOD 13: West ran all over Cottonwood, hanging 66 on the Colts. Abraham Williams rushed for four touchdowns, Clarence Butler rushed for three, and Michael Falatea and Treyson Johnson each scored touchdowns.

NORTH SANPETE 43, EMERY 6: North Sanpete ran away from Emery after a 2-0 start to the game. Connor JorgsensenLandon Bowles and Payton Clawson each scored rushing touchdowns and Bowles threw to Kaden Taylor for a score.

WOODS CROSS 27, NORTHRIDGE 21: Quarterback Carter Weierman passed for all four Woods Cross touchdowns, connecting with Luke Hyde for three and Braden Freestone for another in the road victory over Northridge.

FARMINGTON 35, SYRACUSE 14: Wyatt Evertsen had two touchdown passes and a rushing touchdown as Farmington defeated Syracuse. Cannon Toone caught a touchdown and rushed for one more. | Full story

LONE PEAK 38, JORDAN 13: Lone Peak did all of its scoring early, scoring 38 points in the first half. JD Neeleman passed for four touchdowns, with Shawn Wood catching two of them.

HIGHLAND 52, PINE VIEW 35: Ousmane Doumbia scored two touchdowns while Ben BorenNathan Johnsen and Nephi Hosea all scored rushing touchdowns in Highland’s win.

MURRAY 35, HURRICANE 12: Jarrett Henriksen threw for four touchdowns, two to Owen Madsen, and Murray defeated Hurricane. Murray was up 35-0 before Hurricane scored.

GRAND 42, PROVIDENCE HALL 6: Bryant Troutt threw for a touchdown and rushed for two more as Grand blew out Providence Hall.

MOUNTAIN VIEW 27, TIMPANOGOS 21: Duce Anderson passed for two touchdowns and Peter Magaoay returned an interception for a touchdown as Mountain View pulled away from Timpanogos in the second half for the nonregion win.

SAN JUAN 35, SUMMIT ACADEMY 33: San Juan eked out a win over Summit Academy. Shaw Nielson threw for two touchdowns while Kian ConwayMagnum Nielson and Randall Flavel all hit paydirt on the ground.

SPRINGVILLE 48, SKYLINE 14: Payton Murphy completed 11 of 18 passes for 279 yards and two touchdowns, both to Austin Mortensen, who finished with 212 yards as Springville rolled past Skyline for the preseason win. Tyler Kelly added 82 yards and two touchdowns on the ground for the Red Devils.

PROVO 22, WESTLAKE 0: The Bulldogs shut out the Thunder at home. Taylor Heiner grabbed a touchdown pass from Luke Haslem and also ran for a 56-yard punt return while Alex Myles-Mills accounted for three field goals in the Provo victory.

MILFORD 46, GUNNISON VALLEY 8: Bryson Barnes threw for five touchdowns as Milford blew out Gunnison. Bret Beebe caught two receptions.

LEHI 55, CRIMSON CLIFFS 0: Lehi got off to a fast start, outscoring Crimson Cliffs 31-0 in the first quarter. Jaden Greenwood got it started, catching a 66-yard pass from Creyton Cooper. Cooper ended up with a four-touchdown game.

COPPER HILLS 21, HILLCREST 0: Copper Hills scored a touchdown in the second quarter, third quarter and fourth quarter as it shut out Hillcrest. Marley ManuhaCody Lazenby and Daniel Gonzalez all scored rushing touchdowns.

KANAB 40, RICH 0: Kanab quarterback Sam Orton passed for three touchdowns and then rushed for another as Kanab opened its season with a convincing road win over Rich, which was also playing its first game in Week 2.

MANTI 41, PAYSON 22: Trailing by three after the first quarter, the Templars rallied for a 28-0 second quarter to take a commanding lead and continue on to secure the home victory over Payson. Karson Parry tossed in two TD passes, one of which went to Ryker Hewko, who also passed for a touchdown and rushed for another score of his own in the Manti win.

RIVERTON 15, WEST JORDAN 12: Trailing by five in the fourth quarter, Riverton’s Jaxon Howard found Hayden Turvile for a touchdown in the final two minutes of the game to take the lead and secure the win over West Jordan.

UNION 24, UINTAH 19: Rylan Spencer hit paydirt from five yards out with 3:54 remaining in the fourth quarter as Union defeated Uintah.

BEAVER 40, DELTA 0: Beaver scored 26 points in the fourth quarter to pull away and seal a blowout victory over Delta. The Beavers’ rushing attack produced four rushing touchdowns in the win.

DUCHESNE 22, PAROWAN 14: Duchesne staged a comeback in the third quarter after falling behind 14-6. The Eagles scored the final 16 points of the game on rushing touchdowns from Skyler Ford and Kason Grant to put the game away.

SOUTH SUMMIT 26, NORTH SUMMIT 0: South Summit shut out North Summit. Jayce Crystal and Treyton Sargent each scored two rushing touchdowns in the win.

AMERICAN FORK 58, TIMPVIEW 35: Maddux Madsen threw for five touchdowns — four to Tanner Holden — as American Fork defeated Timpview.

STANSBURY 47, LOGAN 42: Tommy Christophersn ran for two touchdowns to lead the Stallions past Logan in an absolute barnburner. Stansbury held on despite being outscored 21-13 in the fourth quarter.

KEARNS 46, MOUNTAIN RIDGE 6: After going down 6-0, the Cougars roared back, scoring the next 46 points. Dakota Lynde scored two rushing touchdowns and threw for another one. Naki Leha scored two rushing touchdowns for 146 yards.

OLYMPUS 45, GRANGER 0: Scotty Edwards rushed for a touchdown and added two more received TDs as Olympus rolled past Granger to improve to 2-0 this season. Edwards finished with four catches for 106 yards to finish with 166 yards of total offense. Frankie Goodson tossed four TD passes for the Titans.

JSERRA CATHOLIC, CALIF. 24, EAST 14: Sione Angilau rushed for two touchdowns as East lost to JSerra Catholic, Calif.

PLEASANT GROVE 45, MAPLE MOUNTAIN 21: Caleb Campbell threw for four touchdowns, three of which went to Kael Mikkelsen, as Pleasant Grove defeated Maple Mountain.

BISHOP GORMAN, NEV. 40, OREM 7: Orem went on the road and was overmatched against Bishop Gorman, Nev., which built a 20-0 lead in the first quarter.

JUAB 34, CEDAR CITY 26: Cade Bowring had a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown runs as Juab scored the game’s final 20 points to rally past Cedar City in a hard-fought game. Jaron Garrett threw three touchdown passes and connected with receiver Kolbe Meek on two of those scores for Cedar City.

MONTICELLO 32, WHITEHORSE 20: Cedar English put on a show, throwing a touchdown pass and returning an interception for a touchdown while also kicking four extra points to lead Monticello past Whitehorse. The Buckaroos returned two interceptions for touchdowns, including Carson King’s 93-yard return in the second quarter.

RICHFIELD 25, NORTH SEVIER 20: Gavin Brown threw four touchdown passes to lead Richfield past North Sevier. Brown connected with Brittyn Riddle on three touchdowns as the Wildcats defeated North Sevier.
