Andrew Yang is up to something.

A senior campaign official told NBC News that Yang has something “big” and “unprecedented” in store for Thursday night’s Democratic primary debate.

There has been no word about what the surprise will be.

Yang will be joining Democratic primary front-runners former Vice President Joe Biden, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and a slew of others for the debate in Houston Thursday night.

Yang teased the announcement Wednesday. He shared video clip from “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah,” which showed Yang playing basketball, crowd surfing and dancing.

Yang wrote, “Don’t worry @Trevornoah, we’ve got something big in store! @TheDailyShow #StayTuned #DemDebate.”

Yang also tweeted Wednesday night, “Two words for the debate stage tomorrow night: Gold chain.”

The tweets appear to confirm that Yang may wear a gold chain during the Democratic debate. In June, Yang didn’t wear a tie to the Democratic debate, which had Twitter spiraling out of control, according to the Deseret News.
