Ahead of the National Women’s Soccer League’s Challenge Cup, which is scheduled to become the first team sport to return to the United States during the coronavirus pandemic when it starts on June 27, host team Utah Royals FC got a big boost to its roster.

A video released by the team Tuesday showed that United States Women’s National Team stalwart Kelley O’Hara is in market training. URFC head coach Craig Harrington said early last week that he expected to have more information on O’Hara and fellow USWNT player Christen Press late last week.

Press’ status is not known, although in another video released by the team Tuesday, Harrington references O’Hara being in market but says nothing of Press.

This is O’Hara’s third year with URFC, although she has been severely limited in each of the past two campaigns because of various injuries.
