An updated version of ESPN’s 2020 documentary on Alex Smith will be coming to televisions on Tuesday.

ESPN will air “Project 11 – Alex Smith’s Final Drive” on Tuesday at 5 p.m. MDT. The 90-minute (including commercials) documentary will be an updated version of the original E:60 documentary, which featured an inside look at Smith’s broken tibia and fibula in his right leg. A resulting infection resulted in a near-death experience and nearly led to his leg being amputated. Tuesday’s expanded version of the documentary will offer viewers an inside look at all of Smith’s 2020 season, including the moments leading up to his first game back in the NFL.
