“Loki” has wrapped up its run on Disney+, and it was quite a finale. So, naturally, you might be asking yourself — what is the next Marvel Cinematic Universe show to arrive on Disney+?
What’s the next Marvel show on Disney+?
Right now, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is pointing its fans toward watching the feature film “Black Widow,” which is available to watch in theaters and on the Disney+ streaming service.
But the next Disney+ show will be the upcoming animated series “What If...?”
What is ‘What If...?’ about?
“What If...?” will include untold stories of our Marvel Cinematic Universe characters from different timelines. Basically, the show embraces the multiverse concept that was introduced in “Loki.” So, in some ways, you could see “What If...?” as a spinoff or sequel to “Loki” because of all the multiverse discussions.
Many major Marvel Cinematic Universe actors will reprise their roles in the animated series, including Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Paul Rudd, Sebastian Stan, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston and the late Chadwick Boseman.
When does ‘What If...?’ come out?
“What If...?” hits Disney+ on Wednesday, Aug. 11.
