In a bid to show a “perfect” Salt Lake City off to the world, a new plan seeks to hide the city’s homeless population.
“Jackman’s arrest came as the three SLCPD patrol officers conducted proactive follow-up on this case around Fayette Avenue and 200 West,” a news release from the police department says.
“If the police care about people, if they care about protecting and serving they should be leaving this up. In fact, they should be helping in some kind of way,” Carl Moore said.
