George Kopf enters his first season with the Salt Lake Bees and his second overall in minor league baseball. He served as the baseball communication assistant with the Amarillo Sod Poodles in 2025. Originally from Houston, Texas, George received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in sport management. You can usually find George watching some kind of sports and rooting on his Aggies, Houston Texans, Texas Rangers or Dallas Stars.
