N. Jeffrey Baker was appointed to serve on the Utah Independent Redistricting Commission in February 2021. He served on a voluntary basis (as did the other commissioners) for the entirety of the Commission’s work throughout 2021. He served in the Air Force from 1988-1992, and has since worked in geographic information systems for over 30 years.
