Another summer of radio station festival and package shows are on the horizon. This year looks to be particularly busy for music of all genres.

The annual X-96 BASH will kick of the USANA Amphitheatre's summer concert series on May 7. This year's lineup includes Death Cab for Cutie, The Offspring, Awolnation, Nothing but Thieves and Strumbellas.
If re-living your big hair days is more your thing, KBER 101's Bear Fest on July 9 will include a who's who of '80s bands. Bret Michael (sans Poison) will headline the event. Other acts include Ratt (sans all original members except the drummer. The new singer sounds good, however), Warrant (with classic era members sans Jani Lane), Dokken (no George Lynch or Jeff Pilson) and Lita Ford.
But if alternative and New Wave was more your thing in the 80's, the Sandy Amphitheatre is hosting quite an 80's lineup this August. Here are the acts (no word on how many original members are left): A Flock of Seagulls, Wang Chung, Cutting Crew, nimotion, Nu Shooz, Naked Eyes and Farrington and Mann the Original "When In Rome UK."

And if you were more into 80's and 90's hip-hop, the U92 Old School Throwback Jam is hosting quite a lineup in June: Salt-N-Pepa with DJ Spinderella,Vanilla Ice,Coolio,Tone Loc,Rob Base,Young Mc,Color Me Badd,The Jets andCandyman at the Vivint Smart Home Arena!
