There’s a new “Frozen 2” shoe that will definitely send your bank account into the unknown.
What’s going on: Ruthie Davis and Disney have collaborated on a new pair of heels to promote “Frozen 2.”
- They are, obviously, called “Elsa.”
- The shoes cost $898.
- They are available in sizes 35 to 41.
- The shoes are described as ankle boots with a clear and oleographic kidskin.
- There are Swarovski snowflake crystals up the front.
- The heel is 110 millimeters thick. It’s described a “block of ice.”
- There’s also an internal hidden zipper on the shoe.
- The shoes are part of an entire “Frozen 2” collection designed by Ruthie Davis and Disney, ranging in price from $598 to $898.
What they’re saying: Designer Ruthie Davis celebrated the shoes and the “Frozen 2” collection in a statement, according to ABC News.
- Davis: “This is an exciting collection as it is inspired by not one but two incredible sisters: Anna and Elsa. They each bring their own voice and journey to the designs, so we broke the collection into two distinct groups — one more Anna inspired and one more Elsa inspired.”
- Davis: “I was very much inspired to design this collection as it is very sensory involved. You can feel the icy temperatures, see the incredibly rich and multi-dimensional forest hues, touch the soft luscious materials and hear the swirling Nordic wind spirit.”
