The photo’s accompanying caption reveals the new daughter’s name: Brook Elizabeth Harper. According to a post on Kayla Harper’s Instagram account, the new baby was named after her grandmothers.
In June, the Harpers announced their pregnancy with an Instagram post that shower the couple holding a sonogram and surrounded by heart shaped balloons. Harper captioned the image with the phrase, “Girl dad!”
Bryce and Kayla Harper, who is a former BYU soccer player, were married in 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ Temple in San Diego, California.
In 2019, the couple welcomed their first child, Krew, to their family. Krew turned one in August and in a celebratory Instagram post, Harper wrote, “I definitely didn’t think I ever could love somebody or something so much. I love Krew more and more every day.”
