A former Disney World “Pocahontas” actress recently revealed some of the wildest questions she’s faced from guests at Walt Disney World, some of which were head-scratchers for her.
What’s going on?
- TikTok user Kahnjunio recently shared a video — that has since gone viral — about some of the strangest moments she’s faced at Walt Disney World, where she worked as Pocahontas.
- On one case, a visitor approached her in the Animal Kingdom after going on the Kilimanjaro Safaris ride, according to Fox News.
- Here’s how she explained the story:
“She said, ‘Hi Pocahontas, I just got off of the safari ride.’ I said, ‘Did you have a good time?’ And she said, ‘Yes, but our tour guide told us that poachers are still trying to hunt down and kill elephants, even to this day.’ And I said, ‘Yes, I think that’s very sad, I don’t know why anyone would want to hurt our animal friends.’”
“She said, ‘You would think Disney World would put up more fences so the poachers couldn’t get in.’ And I looked at her and I said, ‘I think they’re talking about wild elephants.’”
“And she said, ‘No, I’m pretty sure the tour guide was talking about the elephants at Disney World.’”
Disneyland worker talks celebrities
- Back in May, TikTok user @coliepolieolie21 talked about what it was like to work at Disneyland and meet celebrities like Jason Derulo, Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige, among others, according to BuzzFeed.
- She even met Kobe Bryant, which I wrote about for Deseret.com. She said, “He was so sweet and his family was so sweet. They were beautiful and I’m really sad that he’s gone.”
