Eight-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt has shared the first photographs of his new baby daughter, who was born in May, to social media, late Tuesday night.

The Jamaican athlete has also revealed the fitting name: Olympia Lightning Bolt. In light of being named the “fastest man alive,” Bolt is frequently called by the nickname, “Lightning Bolt,” according to USA Today.

In celebration of his long-time girlfriend Kasi Bennett’s birthday, Bolt took to Instagram, sharing a series of loving photos of his new daughter and girlfriend.

In the caption he wrote, “Now we have started a new chapter together with our daughter Olympia Lightning Bolt I look forward to what the future will bring for us but be reassured that I will be the ROCK for this family.”

On Twitter the Olympic athlete also shared a photo of his daughter with the lightning emoji to match.

Bolt, 33, is known for his recording breaking performances in the track and field events. He currently holds world records for the 100 meter and 200 meter events. He has gone on to since retire after the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, according to NBC News.

A new chapter has started for the athlete and his girlfriend. And with the name, Olympia Lighting Bolt, it won't be a surprise if she is to take the world by storm.
